1. Pre-Design (In-Home Consultation):

  • Identify the scope and client goals
  • Gather information and develop wish-list
  • Prioritize our customers’ needs
  • Develop a preliminary budget/cost

2. Design Concept

  • Present design options
  • Develop a more specific scope of work and preliminary budget, including subcontractor work
  • Establish the overall aesthetic look and feel of the project
  • Discuss preliminary materials and finishes

3. Construction Documents

  • Develop construction documents per scope of work for construction and to be submitted to town building officials and regulatory agencies

4. Permits & Pre-Construction

  • Submit and coordinate construction documents to town building officials and regulatory agencies and obtain necessary permits for execution of project
  • Finalize construction budget and schedule
  • Gather final subcontractor pricing
  • Make final finish selections
  • Begin ordering materials
  • Prepare to begin work

5. Construction Begins
